RETURN POLICIES:
Stock wigs are eligible for return. Special orders*, clearance wigs, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
*Special orders may include uncommon cap sizes (xs, lg, xl), styles & custom hair colors, lengths, densities & curl patterns.
Please inspect your wig as soon as you open it. Try it on carefully using the included nylon cap to make sure the cap fit, color and style are to your satisfaction.
Returns are accepted only within 3 days after your order is delivered. Wigs must be returned in new condition, with no alterations, in all of the original packaging & gift items that came with it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if the hair has been brushed, tangled, trimmed or if any styling products were used, if the lace has been cut, or if it has absorbed any odors such as smoke, pets, etc.
Please notify us if you need to return, and be sure to ship the package with insurance in case it gets lost in transit. Provide us with the tracking number so we can watch for the package to arrive. We are not responsible for return shipping costs or lost or stolen packages. As soon as your return arrives and is inspected in proper condition, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method with a 10% restocking (expense) fee deducted. This is necessary to cover our original priority insured shipping & payment processing fees as well as re-washing/conditioning. We do not hold your money as store credit.
New Exchange Option! If there's another wig on our site you'd like to exchange for instead of returning for a refund, we can process an exchange once we receive your return, and the only fee is $25 to cover shipping the new piece. This can also apply to made-to-order wigs. So if you ordered one that doesn't fit or is not a good density for you, you can return it and order the wig in a different cap size or density instead of taking a refund. This saves us a double processing fee from PayPal or the credit card processor, so we don't have to charge you for that :) If there is a price difference between the original order and the exchange, we will bill you separately for the difference, or if the new piece is less we will refund you the difference (less the $25 new shipping).
*Returned wigs must be in brand new, unaltered condition to be accepted (no lace cut, no signs of wear or damage, no styling products used, no smoke, pet, or perfume odors, all original packaging & gifts in tact). We reserve the right to refuse returns after inspection, or to deduct a damage fee off your refund if items show any signs of styling or odors. Customer has the option to have the item shipped back to them at a cost of $25 return shipping if they disagree with our inspection. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Pre-Orders: Once you place a pre-order, it can only be canceled if we are not able to deliver within 2 weeks of the given time frame. If for any reason our factory experiences an unexpected delay and your order will be delayed more than 2 extra weeks, you have the option of a refund (less the 3.5% non-refundable payment processor fee).
Custom/Special Orders: Custom orders may take 30 to 60 days in production depending on the type of cap (full lace and 360 lace caps take longer to make as they involve more hand tying). We can take requests for special order colors, but be aware we cannot guarantee an exact match to a photo or description. We try to accommodate special color requests as closely as possible, but there is no way to be exact based on photos. Colors can look slightly different in person than they appear in photos on various computer & phone screens, as well as various different lighting. We can provide natural unprocessed Brazillian hair in different levels of natural brown to black, but these shades can vary slightly by nature as they are not dyed and depend on the donor's natural hair color.
Clearance items: Occasionally we sell returns or sample wigs on our clearance page. These are only tried on but not worn, and have been sanitized and washed. We also come across occasional close-out wigs and special buys, which are one-of and not in our regular product lines. These items are final sale and non-returnable.
Re-stock Fee: All returns will incur a 10% expense fee per wig, deducted from your refund. This is to cover the costs we incur for shipping, insurance, payment processing fees, and packaging expenses.
* Please remember when trying on a new wig purchase, to wear a nylon wig cap, make sure you're not wearing perfumes or products that may deposit an odor or residue on the wig, keep the wig away from pets and cigarette smoke, and avoid changing the part or restyling the wig until you're sure you are keeping it! These things can render the wig non-returnable.
* If you're new to wigs, remember that love at first sight is rare! When we first try on a wig, it's common for it to look strange because you're not used to seeing yourself in the mirror with this full density, color, style, etc. Lighting makes a big difference, so if you're not sure of the color try looking at it in different bathrooms and outside in sunlight. Walk around your house and view yourself in different mirrors. Trying on a new wig without your makeup can affect how you think the wig looks on you also (just be careful not to get makeup foundation on the wig in case you need to return it!). Many times new wig wearers return a wig that they think is too much hair, or doesn't look natural on them... but later when they've gotten used to wearing wigs they realize that's not the case. Sometimes it's best to walk away and come back to it another day. Often times we end up loving a wig that we first thought didn't look good on ourselves!
